Antonio received Inflection Award!

Antonio Gasós, dcotoral student at SPL, has been recognized as one of the world’s 30 most promising young scientists at the Inflection Award! the first global award dedicated to celebrating early-career scientists working on solutions to climate change.

Antonio Gasós has been recognized as one of the world’s 30 most promising young scientists at the Inflection Award, the first global award dedicated to celebrating early-career scientists working on solutions to climate change.
 

His research focuses on the large-scale use of CO₂ storage in industrial waste, such as concrete residues or ash from waste incineration plants. This process permanently binds carbon dioxide in the materials, reducing emissions and promoting a low-carbon circular economy.
