Our Alumna Francesca Breveglieri has been bestowed with the 2023 EFCE Excellence Award in Crystallization for her dissertation on solid-state deracemization.
Francesca Breveglieri has been awarded with the 2023 EFCE Excellence Award in Crystallization for her dissertation and scientific publications on solid-state deracemization.
The award is awarded every third year to the best dissertation on crystallization worldwide in the last three years (2020, 2021 and 2022 in this case). Francesca is the sixth awardee since the establishment of this prestigious award in 2008 and follows the steps of our two Alumni Thomas Vetter and Ashwin Kumar Rajagopalan, who received the award in 2014 and 2020, respectively.
